Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Honours or equivalent preferred).
• Project-management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT and platform projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business units.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Oversee data migration, system implementation, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Ensure quality delivery through testing, governance, and execution control.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance processes.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Drive change management and ensure successful user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Provide regular reporting at executive and stakeholder level.
