Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate IT service requests.

• Perform general IT administration tasks.
• Assist with basic project administration.
• Conduct PC maintenance, updates, and upkeep.
• Install and configure software, including MS Office products.
• Monitor and support network, hardware, and software for both local and remote sites.
