Network Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a client in the manufacturing sector in South Africa. You will provide first- and second-line support, troubleshoot workstations, set up network printers, and assist with mobile devices on the factory floor.

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ Certification (Essential)
• CompTIA N+ Certification (Essential)
• 3 years' experience in a Desktop Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support environment
• Experience supporting Windows (10 & 11) desktop environments
• Experience troubleshooting user, hardware, and software issues
• Exposure to Active Directory and network environments
