Hire Resolve’s client in Johannesburg is hiring an organized Internal Sales / Orders Consultant. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders and prepare quotations while maintaining professional relationships.

The role requires strong communication in English, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal teams. Industrial products knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is essential.
• Minimum 3 years experience in internal sales, customer liaison, sales administration, order processing or scheduling.
• Industrial sales or industrial products experience preferred, especially cement/construction materials.
• Experience preparing quotations, pricing products and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Good organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, assist with product pricing and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Capture and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate order scheduling and delivery requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Address customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
• Assist with dispatch coordination and communicate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales and order administration records.
