Job summary

Ad Talent Africa is seeking an organised Internal Sales Supervisor to oversee internal sales operations in Gauteng, Alberton. You will manage customer orders from placement through delivery and support a team of Internal Sales Administrators.

The role requires Matric with Mathematics, 2–5 years in internal sales, and experience with Syspro ERP and MS Office. You will work closely with external sales teams to maintain excellent customer relationships and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy).
• 2–5 years' experience in internal sales or a similar role.
• Degree/Diploma/Tertiary education in Sales and Marketing.
• ERP system experience is required; Syspro experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage.
• Reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly expected sales reports.
• Prepare monthly Cost of Sales reports.
• Manage actions COD and lost order reports.
• Compile and maintain customer order tracking system.
• Maintain and update costing sheets.
• Review and proof-check quotations and sales orders prepared by Internal Sales Administrator.
• Implement, maintain and supervise internal sales procedures.
• Facilitate monthly meetings between Internal and External Sales teams.
• Facilitate daily Production and Sales meetings.
• Follow up on customer orders, enquiries and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Supervise, support and monitor the performance of the Internal Sales team.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.
• Assist auditors with annual audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal sales processes, team performance and customer satisfaction.
