Placements24 is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst in Mahikeng, North West. You will bridge business needs with technology, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional specs for IT development.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in insurance BA roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with UML/BPMN. The role offers growth and exposure to strategic projects within the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with insurance industry focus.
Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Facilitate workshops to gather information and build consensus.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and QA testers.
Support testing and implementation of new systems and solutions.
Develop training materials and assist end-users.
