You will elicit, analyze and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and user stories, and partner with IT to implement effective solutions across underwriting, claims and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BA experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT to implement requirements accurately.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
