Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and performance support tools.
Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Develop assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and learner performance.
