Placements24 seeks a creative Remote Instructional Designer to develop engaging online learning experiences. This fully remote role translates complex subjects into effective digital modules, with a strong focus on adult learning principles and multimedia development.

You will collaborate with SMEs, design assessments, and create storyboards and multimedia elements while coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines and uphold high quality for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing online learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of LMS and SCORM compliance.
• Excellent visual design skills with graphic design software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and training materials using various authoring tools and multimedia technologies.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create measurable learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and integrate it into learning solutions.
• Develop assessment strategies, including quizzes and interactive exercises, to evaluate learner performance.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
