You will manage the full design and development lifecycle, from analysis to production, collaborating with SMEs to apply adult learning principles and multimedia development.

The role emphasizes a strong portfolio of eLearning courses, proficiency with authoring tools, and project management skills to deliver scalable courses for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ID, Education Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with a strong portfolio of eLearning courses.
• Proficiency with Storyline/ Captivate or similar.
• Solid understanding of learning theories and ID models (ADDIE/SAM).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses with interactive modules, simulations, and assessments.
• Conduct needs analyses and define learning objectives with SMEs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.
• Apply adult learning principles to optimize outcomes.
• Manage eLearning projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
