Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-learning content for a global audience. This fully remote role involves translating complex subject matter into accessible digital learning experiences and collaborating with SMEs, multimedia developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality online courses.

You will design courses using ADDIE/SAM, create scripts and storyboards, and ensure content meets learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Instructional Design, Education Technology or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience with e-learning projects and a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Excellent understanding of adult learning theories and evaluation methods.
• Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses using ADDIE or SAM.
• Create scripts, storyboards, interactive elements, assessments and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize authoring tools to build interactive courses.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and quality assurance.
