Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging online courses for a remote workforce. You will apply adult learning principles, e-learning technologies, and curriculum development methodologies to create measurable learning experiences.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into accessible, interactive modules, using industry-standard authoring tools and an LMS. This contract role offers flexibility and remote work.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of online courses.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and LMS.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging online learning content, including interactive modules, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs and recommend improvements.
