Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and SCORM-compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online learning experiences, courses and modules.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM and adult learning theories for learner-centered content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and define objectives.
• Use e-learning tools to produce high-quality digital assets.
• Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
• Ensure materials meet WCAG accessibility and brand guidelines.
