Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join a fully remote team in South Africa. You will drive revenue through inbound and outbound channels, qualify leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside sales or remote sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong presentations.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, qualifying opportunities and setting up discovery calls.
• Conduct high-impact virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Nurture relationships with prospective clients with timely follow-up and addressing concerns.
• Close sales deals with accurate contract documentation.
• Collaborate with external sales team to pass qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.
• Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
