Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for large-scale infrastructure development projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Control project costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects remain within allocated budgets.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
