Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil/mechanical/mining) or Construction Management.
• 8+ years progressive project management experience, 5+ years in mining or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with large budgets and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (PMI/PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
