• BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with heavy industry or mining equipment.
• Proven project management in complex engineering programs.
• CAD and simulation expertise (SolidWorks/Inventor/AutoCAD; FEA).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mining operations is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety and quality in engineering work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop detailed designs, specs, and documentation for mining machinery.
• Perform stress, fatigue, and thermal analyses for reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize production.
