Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven strategies for process optimization.
• Design and manage pilot projects to test improvements.
• Create SOPs and process flow diagrams for new methods.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams for integration.
• Model process performance using simulation and statistical tools.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact of changes.
• Provide training to operational staff on new processes.
• Stay updated on industrial engineering innovations and safety requirements.
