Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for a fully remote role focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving efficiency across facilities. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, analyze data, and lead improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in industrial engineering, strong simulation and statistical skills, and excels in independent work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on industrial engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production processes, layouts, and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and test optimized process designs using simulation tools.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve OEE.
• Develop material handling systems and SOPs; support cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for stakeholders, and guide remote teams.
