• Proven success managing engineering projects remotely.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulation software (Python, R, Minitab).
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational processes, including logistics, material handling, and production workflows for coastal sites.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
