Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience with leadership background.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; remote leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of optimized industrial processes and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers in a remote setting.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices for process analysis and improvement.
• Oversee the execution of major process improvement projects from conception to completion.
