The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and a proven track record of driving transformation in virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Black Belt in Six Sigma preferred; proven large-scale process improvements.
• Experience leading distributed/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of industrial engineers.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvements using data analytics.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and workflows.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Oversee new technologies and systems integration.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among remote teams.
