Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to drive strategic process optimization initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will lead large-scale improvement projects, mentor teams, and apply Lean Six Sigma and advanced analytics to create measurable value across operations.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, KPI monitoring, and developing ROI analyses while staying ahead of industry best practices.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with focus on process optimization.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt or equivalent experience highly desirable).
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects remotely.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale process improvement projects.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to diagnose operational issues and identify opportunities.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed engineering solutions.
Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers and cross-functional teams.
