Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Industrial Engineer for a fully remote role. You will drive process optimization and efficiency across diverse projects, analyzing complex systems and implementing Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with virtual teams, mentor engineers, and apply data analysis and simulation tools to deliver measurable improvements in performance and cost.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with process improvement focus.
• Proven Lean Six Sigma implementation in multi-site environments.
• Experience with data analysis tools and simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of advanced process optimization across business units.
• Analyze complex data using statistical models and simulations to identify bottlenecks.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to create a culture of continuous improvement remotely.
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and IT to integrate optimized processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed engineering teams.
