Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct data analysis including simulation to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to enhance workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers on techniques for process optimization.
