Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join as a Remote Process Optimization Specialist. The role focuses on analyzing complex industrial processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing Lean Six Sigma-driven improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams remotely.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Industrial Engineering, 8+ years in process optimization, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience with a focus on process optimization.
Lean Six Sigma experience with Black Belt certification preferred.
Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and advanced data analysis tools.
Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Proven ability to drive change and deliver measurable results in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing industrial processes and data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement optimized processes, workflows, and system improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
Develop and maintain KPIs to track efficiency, cost savings, and quality metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements with stakeholder buy-in.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management based on analysis.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers remotely.
