Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead optimization initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across diverse operations while mentoring engineers and collaborating with remote teams.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, simulation modeling, KPI development, and strategic innovation. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 7+ years of experience, and exceptional communication skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process optimization.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
Experience managing complex projects and driving change in a distributed workforce.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of process improvements across multiple sites.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma and simulation modeling to resolve complex operational challenges.
Develop and oversee KPIs for efficiency and resource utilization.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.
Collaborate with remote IT, operations, and supply chain teams to drive project success.
Research new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance.
