Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (certification preferred), and SPC.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of manufacturing and operational processes to identify opportunities for productivity gains and cost reduction.
• Develop, implement, and track performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
• Design and execute improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and finance, to implement and sustain improvements.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation, and statistical tools to support decision-making and validate proposed solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers, fostering their development.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards in the Sandton, Gauteng facility.
