Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or productivity improvement role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, production lines, and work methods to identify inefficiencies and areas for productivity gains.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve output, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
• Utilise time and motion studies, data analysis, and process mapping to quantify improvements.
• Collaborate with department managers and frontline staff to ensure effective implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support enhanced productivity.
• Track and report on KPIs related to productivity and efficiency.
