• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (certification preferred), and SPC.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of manufacturing and operational processes to identify opportunities for productivity gains and cost reduction.
• Develop, implement, and track performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
