• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in industrial engineering in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and process modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production data, workflow, and metrics to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to optimize operations.
