Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Industrial Engineer for a leading manufacturing conglomerate in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will drive operational excellence across production lines and supply chain, analyzing complex systems and implementing solutions to boost productivity and quality.

You will model processes with SPC and simulation tools, design layouts, mentor staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. 5+ years in industrial engineering and CAD/ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/ manufacturing engineering.
• Proven track record of productivity gains and cost reductions.
• Experience with SPC, lean methodologies, and simulations.

Aufgaben

• Analyze existing processes to improve efficiency, cost, and safety.
• Design and implement new production systems and layouts.
• Model performance with SPC and simulation tools.
• Develop KPIs to monitor process efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
