Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in industrial engineering focused on optimization and system design.
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Black Belt preferred.
- Proficiency with simulation software (FlexSim, Simio) and CAD tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing systems and processes.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Develop simulation models for production lines and facility layouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing operations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all engineered processes.
