Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and operations management.
• Expertise in process optimization, project leadership and change management.
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex operations improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across business units.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for strategic intervention.
