Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Extensive experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering department and initiatives to improve processes.
• Develop and implement long-term industrial engineering strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee design, analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes, workflows and layouts.
• Manage capital expenditure projects related to facility upgrades and equipment.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma and other CI implementations across lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and develop a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless operational integration.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation studies.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
