The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Industrial Engineering, 6–8 years in manufacturing, and hands-on lean, Six Sigma, CAD layout, and MES experience. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and implement data-driven improvements to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, focusing on production systems.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in CAD layout design and process simulation tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize plant layouts and material handling systems to improve workflow and reduce transit times.
• Develop and implement robust production scheduling and control systems.
• Conduct detailed analysis of production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Lead projects focused on improving productivity, reducing costs, and increasing product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for new processes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities.
• Track and report on KPIs related to production efficiency and cost.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on process improvement initiatives.
