Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive process improvement initiatives at our Vereeniging facility. The role is on-site, requiring hands-on analysis and implementation of changes in production, logistics, and operations to boost productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma, solid data analysis skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current manufacturing and operations processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma based optimization strategies.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and value stream mapping.
• Propose plant layout, equipment, and work-method improvements for productivity and safety.
• Collect and interpret operational data to track key metrics.
