Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive industrial engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading and implementing complex process improvements.
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Proficient in Arena, AnyLogic, CAD, and process-mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Lead lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen programs to optimize workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies, layout design, and material-flow analysis.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure project execution with measurable results.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Use simulation and data analysis to test improvements before implementation.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and supply chain to integrate new processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on industry best practices.
