Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in industrial engineering with process optimization focus.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation and lean techniques.
• Conduct time/motion studies and capacity planning for resource optimization.
• Design and test new layouts and equipment configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs and performance metrics.
• Use statistical analysis to predict outcomes and guide decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Monitor performance and adjust solutions for sustained gains.
