Responsibilities
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet production demands.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, focusing on cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Develop technical specifications and process documentation, including P&IDs and operational guides.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and process lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
