Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, focusing on industrial or process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and monitor production systems, layouts, and workflows.
- Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Track KPIs related to production output, quality, and efficiency and report findings.
