Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
5–7 years of experience as Industrial Engineer in manufacturing.
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing tools: Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping.
Strong analytical skills with SPC and data analysis.
Experience with CAD software for layout design and familiarity with simulation tools.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement lean manufacturing projects and continuous improvement initiatives across production departments.
Analyze production data to identify root causes of quality issues and operational inefficiencies.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes, workstation layouts, and material flow for maximum efficiency and safety.
Develop and implement production control systems and capacity planning models.
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of improvements.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new methodologies.
