Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, including 3+ years in management.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving significant operational improvements.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for operational efficiency and capacity expansion.
• Oversee the design and implementation of facility layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
