Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering or operations management, focusing on efficiency improvements.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production lines and workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements, including automation where appropriate.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production managers, QA teams, and R&D to align goals with business objectives.
- Lead waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and product quality projects.
- Ensure changes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
