Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows and data to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized manufacturing processes and systems.
• Improve production quality, reduce waste and lower costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for manufacturing processes.
