Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yields, throughput, and energy efficiency.
• Use statistical methods and process modeling to predict and control process behavior.
• Troubleshoot complex operational problems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and R&D teams to implement improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
