Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in process optimization, simulation, and control in chemical or related industry.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, UniSim) and data analysis tools (Minitab, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and optimization of chemical processes to improve yield, throughput, and energy efficiency.
• Develop and implement advanced control strategies and process improvements.
• Utilize data analytics, SPC, and simulation tools to diagnose issues and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant operations and engineering teams to implement changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement sustainable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in process optimization.
