Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 4-6 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of unit operations and process troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality control systems and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze production process performance to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.
- Provide on-the-ground technical support to production teams for prompt issue resolution.
- Implement process changes with proper documentation and validation.
- Participate in commissioning and start-up of new equipment and processes.
- Develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel on procedures and safety.
- Contribute to Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and ensure compliance.
