Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, policy development, and major projects that align people strategies with business goals in a virtual setting.

You will advise senior leaders, manage complex HR programs, ensure compliance with SA labour law, and drive talent management and employee engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in HR/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including specialist/generalist roles.
• Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and leading change initiatives.
• Expertise in South African labour law and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
