Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote HR Manager to lead our human resources function in a fully remote capacity in South Africa.

You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent management, employee relations, compensation, and ensure compliance with SA labour law, while fostering a positive employee experience across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies for a distributed/remote workforce.
• Strong understanding of South African employment law.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and remote management technologies.
